How to fit my dough in the proofing pot when frozen?Updated a year ago

Sometimes the dough may have frozen in a slightly different shape meaning you are unable to fit the dough ball into the proofing pot whilst it's still frozen solid.  If this is the case, check out  the hack in the video below or just leave the ball in its bag and place it in the fridge overnight to defrost.
