I have an account but the reset password is not workingUpdated a year ago

If you have an account and you are not receiving the password reset information after following the "Forgot your password?" instructions, it maybe a case that you need to reset your account.  To do this, simply re-register with the same email address as before.  Don't worry about doing this, this will not reset your reward points or historical order information.  Once you've re-registered you'll be able to log on and access your data as before.
