At Great Balls of Flour, we have taken all necessary precautions within our facility to prevent cross-contact.
In-House Safety: Due to our dedicated, isolated preparation environment, the risk of gluten contamination in our product is extremely low when it leaves our facility.
Customer Responsibility: We only supply the raw dough balls, and we do not prepare or cook the dough for the final consumer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the dough ball is cooked in a gluten-free environment suitable for their specific allergy or dietary needs. This includes using dedicated, clean utensils, surfaces, and cookware free from any gluten residue.
