The discount code that we send you after you have signed up for the newsletter code is valid for 14 days from receipt of your code and should be used within that time period. 

A minimum spend of £22 applies to any discount code.

Discount codes sent through our newsletter have different expiration dates, highlighted in the newsletter.

Please note that some discounts, such as our welcome to the newsletter discount, will only be applied to dough balls and/or specific grocery items, so please check the terms of the offer.

Discount codes are applicable on the following items only:

Dough balls (including Gluten Free)
Pizza boxes
Pizza Flours (including Pizza Dusts)
Pizza bases

If you haven't received the email with your code, please check your spam or promotions folders.

Only one code can be used per purchase. 

Some discount codes may be applied and populated automatically; please ensure that the correct code has been added. We do not have control over which discount code is applied or how they are applied to your order. 

For example, a £1 discount may be automatically applied and must be removed to add a 10% discount code.

We are unable to apply discounts retrospectively. If you have inadvertently forgotten to add a discount code to your order, we will send you a new discount code for your next purchase.
