My order has arrived damaged and a product has been smashedUpdated 9 months ago
We make every effort to ensure the items arrive as you expect them to, unfortunately on some occasions they are damaged in transit and I am very sorry about this and for any inconvenience or frustration this will have caused you.
Please reply to your order confirmation email, including some photos of the damaged item and we will take care of it from there for you.
Please note that we are unable to send our replacements for individual items that have been smashed in transit.
