The dough has arrived defrosted, unfrozen.Updated 3 months ago

We send the dough balls out frozen, and we pack them in an insulated liner with a frozen gel pack and an extra thick box which provides additional insulation.

Refrigerated couriers do not transport orders as this cost is too prohibitive. 

This means that the dough balls can arrive either chilled or partially defrosted, depending upon the time of the year and the outside temperature. 

Whether the dough arrives chilled or partially frozen, it can be frozen as expected and kept in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the fridge for up to 3 days. 

In very warm weather, the dough will still be ok to freeze and use as usual.
