What are the delivery timings?Updated a month ago

For orders placwd on the 1st May and before midday on the 2nd of May there is a one day delay to these, which was alerted to customers on our via a red banner at the top of every page. As Monday 5th is a Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday 6th May. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
This delay has been caused by unseasonably high demand and we are working to ensure it does not occur again.

Easter Delivery Schedule
We are unable to deliver orders on the following days:
Friday 18th April
Saturday 19th April
Sunday 20th April
Monday 21st April
Tuesday 22nd April
Normal deliveries will resume on Wednesday 23rd April.
This is due to the Bank Holiday on Friday 18th April and the Bank Holiday on Monday 21st April.

We aim to offer clear and simple shipping based on the following delivery schedule.
On very rare occasions orders may need to be held in which case it will trip over to the next delivery day.
We do no ship or deliver on Bank Holidays so the below schedule will be affected over a Bank Holiday.
Here is our delivery schedule:
Order placed Monday, dispatches Tuesday, delivered Wednesday.
Order placed Tuesday, dispatches Wednesday, delivered Thursday.
Order placed Wednesday, dispatches Thursday, delivered Friday.
Order placed Thursday, dispatches Friday, delivered Saturday.
Order placed Friday before Midday, dispatches Friday, delivered Saturday.
Order placed Friday after Midday, dispatches Monday, delivered Tuesday.
Order placed Saturday or Sunday, dispatches Monday, delivered Tuesday.
A despatch note is sent on the day your order is shipped with the tracking number included. You will also receive an update from the carrier during the evening to confirm they have your parcel. Please do not ignore these messages.
Delaying your delivery
We also offer the opportunity to delay your delivery so you may received on a day/date of your preference, excluding Sunday or Monday. All you need to do is reply to your order confirmation email with your preferred delivery day and we will take it from there.
In the unlikely event that we dispatch your order before your requested date it is your responsibility to contact us by 2pm on the day of dispatch. If you do not contact us by 2pm it will be deemed that you are happy to receive your order ahead of the delayed date and your order will be fulfilled and closed. No refunds or replacements will be sent if you fail to contact us by 2pm.

We are unable to accommodate requests to bring the delivery day forward or to provide next day delivery Tuesday through Friday.

We do not dispatch orders on a Weekend.
