What are the delivery timings?

Update 3 rd April  2025. Due to exceptionally high demand orders may be dispatched later than expected. Orders are running two days behind our schedule. That means if you placed your order on Thursday or Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday

I need my order on a specific date, can I arrange this?

Ours standard delivery is based on the delivery information on our delivery page however, if you have an important event that you are looking to cater for, reach out to us through our chat widget and we will try and accommodate you.

I have not received my order tracking number.

Your tracking details will be sent out on the day of despatch in line with the delivery schedule.  This could be as late as 6pm.  Please check your inbox and your spam/junk folders.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note this will note update until the courier has collected the order.

Which courier do you use?

We predominantly use DPD however, for certain postcodes such as Northern Ireleand and the Scottish Highlands where DPD and unable to offer a next day service, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24. We appreciate that the cost of shipping to Northern Ireland i

My address is difficult to find, is there a way I can provide the courier with details?

For orders which are shipped using DPD, we recommend you download the DPD app and link this to your delivery address.  For anyone that lives in a remote location or maybe a village with just house names, we would advise you to link your "What3Words"

I cannot complete my order, it says no shipping possible
